Design Philosophy

Precision-engineered bypass oil relief valve designed for Isuzu 4HE1/4HF1/4JH1 engines. Featuring a robust aluminum housing with brass internal components, it maintains optimal oil pressure by redirecting excess oil flow back to the sump when pressure exceeds the set threshold, protecting engine components from over-pressurization.

How It Works

Installed in the engine block lubrication circuit. When oil pressure exceeds the preset limit, the valve opens to bypass excess oil back to the sump, preventing over-pressurization that could damage seals and gaskets. Once pressure returns to normal, the valve closes to maintain proper circulation.

Problems It Solves

Fixes excessive oil pressure, oil seal blowouts, and engine damage caused by a failed or stuck relief valve. Restores proper oil pressure regulation and protects critical engine components in NPR71 / NPR66 / NKR77 trucks.
