Design Philosophy
Aluminum die-cast valve cover designed for 4HK1-T engines. Lightweight yet robust, with an integrated labyrinth oil separator to manage crankcase gases and a silver powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance.
How It Works
Bolted to the cylinder head with 12 M8 bolts, the cover seals the valve chamber. It houses the rocker arms and camshaft, prevents oil leaks, and channels crankcase gases through an internal oil separator before recirculating them to the intake.
Problems It Solves
Fixes oil leaks, excessive crankcase pressure, and valve train contamination caused by cracked, warped, or damaged covers. Restores proper sealing and crankcase ventilation in 700P / NPR75 / NQR75 trucks.
