Design Philosophy
Precision-engineered oil filler cap designed for Isuzu commercial diesel engines. Made from glass-filled nylon with a stainless-steel insert core and NBR seal, it provides a durable, heat-resistant, and leak-free seal for the oil filler neck while maintaining correct crankcase pressure in the closed breather system.
How It Works
Installed on the oil filler neck at the top of the rocker cover. The cap's NBR O-ring compresses against the filler neck when twisted 30° to lock, creating an airtight and oil-tight seal. It prevents oil mist from escaping and blocks dust, water, and debris from entering the engine, while allowing the crankcase ventilation system to function properly.
Problems It Solves
Fixes oil leaks, oil misting around the engine top, and contamination from dirt or moisture caused by a hardened, cracked, or missing oil filler cap. Restores proper sealing and crankcase pressure regulation in NKR / NPR / 700P / NQR / FSR / TFR / D-MAX trucks.
