Design Philosophy

Precision-engineered injector sleeve designed for Isuzu 4HK1/6HK1 engines. Made from brass or steel alloy, this sleeve is press-fitted into the cylinder head to house the common-rail injector, providing a hermetic seal between the injector body and the combustion chamber/coolant passage. Its robust construction withstands high fuel pressure, coolant chemical exposure, and thermal cycling, ensuring reliable fuel delivery and preventing coolant contamination of the fuel system.

How It Works

Installed into the cylinder head injector bore with an interference fit. The sleeve creates a sealed passage that isolates the injector from the engine coolant jacket and combustion gases. It also houses the injector's tip and provides a precision-machined seat for the injector's sealing surface, ensuring proper fuel spray orientation and combustion efficiency. A red O-ring or copper washer may be included to enhance sealing.

Problems It Solves

Fixes fuel leakage into the coolant system, coolant contamination of the fuel system, and combustion gas blow-by caused by a worn or corroded injector sleeve. Restores proper injector sealing, prevents overheating-related damage, and extends cylinder head service life in 700P / NPR75 / NQR75 trucks.
