Design Philosophy

Precision-molded semicircular rubber plug designed for Isuzu diesel engines. Made from oil-resistant and heat-resistant rubber compound, this half-moon shaped plug is engineered to seal the semicircular recess at the end of the cylinder head where the camshaft bore exits, preventing engine oil leakage and contamination under high-temperature operating conditions.

How It Works

Installed into the semicircular recess formed at the cylinder head end. The plug fits into the half-moon shaped opening and is compressed by the valve cover gasket when the cover is bolted down. This creates a fluid-tight barrier that seals the camshaft bore opening, preventing lubricating oil from seeping out of the cylinder head.

Problems It Solves

Fixes oil leaks from the rear or front of the cylinder head caused by hardened, shrunken, or cracked semicircular plugs. Restores proper sealing, prevents oil contamination of the engine bay, and ensures reliable engine operation in NPR / NQR / ELF / 700P trucks.
